The Wellington Community - Murray Ave

Wellington Community is located in the Main South area of Worcester. There are 11 brick buildings containing 180 apartment homes ranging in size from one to four bedroom units. All rents are subsidized though the HUD project based Section 8 program. Six buildings have elevators and two are handicap accessible. There is ample free parking available to all residents and the property is conveniently located on the city bus line. Four laundry facilities are located on the premise and some apartments contain washer/dryer hookups. All apartments are equipped with modern appliances and have wall-to-wall carpeting. In addition, there is a children's playground, Computer Learning Center, and activities and field trips available to all residents.
