Eva White offers 102 efficiency, one- and two-bedroom apartments in two mid-rise, seven-story buildings. Our complex is located in the unique South End community of Boston. We offer many amenities for elderly and disabled individuals. Rents are calculated at 30% of a resident?s income. Residents have the option of choosing a flat rent as well.
