Program Details: 

Dudley Crossing is a mixed use redevelopment project sponsored by Nuestra Communidad Development Corporation (NCDC). The developer is in the process of finalizing construction plans for several properties. NCDC proposes to improve several existing buildings (currently in their portfolio) that were in severe need of upgrades. The project will involve the gut rehabilitation of two buildings, the demolition of one building and the development of a new building. The Dudley Crossing project will upgrade existing units and create additional affordable housing in the area. The number of units will increase from 35 to 42 with the new construction and reconfiguration of the rehabbed buildings. Upon completion, Dudley Crossing will consist of six (6) 1 bedroom units, eighteen (18) 2 bedroom units, thirteen (13) 3 bedroom units, and five (5) four bedroom units. There will also be +/- 3,290 square feet of ground floor retail/commercial space for lease as well.
