Program participants sign leases with their landlords. Serves men and women who are disabled by HIV/AIDS and in need of supportive services. Also serves families with members who are disabled by HIV/AIDS and in need of supportive services. Depending on the source of the subsidy, program participants may need to be homeless to qualify. Applicants taking methadone are eligible for this program. SERVICES OFFERED: 252 housing subsidies in the Greater Boston. 168 housing subsidies in the Statewide area (TBRA CHIP Program). 24 hour emergency staff beeper coverage (for mental health emergencies only, all other emergencies use 911). Case management and advocacy (i.e. assistance in obtaining and coordinating supportive services such as health care, home care, mental health and addiction support, and transportation). Housing search assistance. Move-in assistance (i.e. assistance in obtaining grants for moving costs and in coordinating the move). Support groups
