Some of the women may have their children (up to age 12) living with them. Applicants should have 90 days clean time. Applicants taking methadone are eligible for this program.

Each floor of the house has one apartment. The apartments have three or four bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a full bathroom. Two apartments have two attached bedrooms (suites) that are shared by mothers and their children. The house has porches and a yard. There are coin-operated laundry facilities on-site.
