Northern Maine General manages three subsidized apartment complexes located in Eagle Lake, Maine. Apartments are available to persons 62 years and older or persons who are disabled, regardless of age, and with or without children. For those that qualify for rental assistance, the cost of the apartment is based on 30% of the tenant's adjusted gross income. Rent includes heat, electricity, water, sewer, garbage removal, and maintenance. Discounted cable service is available.
