To be eligible, your total household income must meet moderate income guidelines (currently between $52,000 and $152,400) and you must not hold mortgages on or titles to any properties. Other restrictions apply. The housing Cooperative was created by a non-profit community organization to provide safe, clean, long-term affordable housing ownership for moderate-income individuals whose housing needs cannot be met in the current market.
