Serves 12 men and women living with HIV/AIDS who are in recovery. Five of these slots are set aside for clients of the Department of Mental Health. Residents must be medically and emotionally stable enough to live in a non-medical, but strongly supportive setting and be eligible for Medicaid. Applicants must be homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Applicants taking methadone are eligible to apply. Residents sign annual leases with the property management company
