The Home’s five residential programs offer different services and levels of care. Some of the programs are to prepare youth to transition back to their families or go on to independent living. Group homes give youth the opportunity to acclimate into their community to enable a successful transition. Our group homes include:
Roxbury House - a group home for adolescent youth ages 14–18, located in Boston’s Roxbury neighborhood. The youth living at Roxbury House are preparing to return to their families, transitioning to a foster family or preparing for independent living. Regardless of their permanency goals, all youth receive services to help them develop life skills.
