Program Details: 

ot Block is mixed-use development consisting of 484 apartments throughout four buildings. 66 of the apartments will be designated as income restricted to households earning at or below 50% & 70% AMI. The first phase includes 245 apartment rentals, including 33 income-restricted units. There are 345 garage parking spaces available, of which 186 will be provided in phase 1. Rents for parking are market-rate. Importantly, as a project developed under the City of Boston’s Compact Living Policy Pilot, residents will not be allowed to obtain residential parking permits. They will be notified of this before signing a lease by Management. Per the Policy, “Developers of projects with Compact Living units must notify prospective residents about the inability to obtain residential parking permits before signing a lease or purchasing a unit.”
