Fidelity House provides opportunities for small group living in 16 homes located throughout the Merrimack Valley. These homes are staffed 24 hours a day and provide a safe and supportive environment as needed by the individual residents. Fidelity House serves men and women living in their own apartments, alone, with a roommate, or with spouses and children. Staff supports are determined by individual preferences and need. Caregivers provide room and board, assistance with the activities of daily living, and transportation to medical appointments. Fidelity House CRC provides nursing assessments and consultation, safety training, and respite care to support the caregiver.
