Burke Way: Chapter 705 state aided family housing, consisting of six buildings, Twelve, 3 bedroom units (including one wheelchair accessible unit) each unit has laundry hook-ups and a storage shed. Tenants are responsible for utilities, snow removal and lawn mowing.
Golden Court Apartments: 667 state aided elderly and disabled complex consisting of eight buildings totaling forty apartments. All units have one bedroom, individual outside entrance, and all are located on the ground floor. A community room and laundry facilities are located on-site.
