Named after Sr. Agnes Broderick, SP who played an integral role in the creation of this program, the Broderick House is a Single Room Occupancy supportive sober living community for men who have experienced the traumas of homelessness and/or addiction and are seeking a safe, community to grow and thrive.
The Broderick House, a congregate style living residence, provides a structured environment fostering continued recovery. The home features shared living spaces, including fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms. Free cable television is offered in all common areas and is available at the resident’s expense in their rooms. The Broderick House is handicap accessible (1st floor only) and residents are welcome to enjoy a free noon time meal at Kate’s Kitchen. Broderick House residents can access many of the same resources provided to the residents of the Loreto House.
Residency requirements include 12 months or more of established recovery and a sustainable income. Residents must be dedicated to maintaining sobriety and serve as peer support to others during their residency at the Broderick House. Rents vary depending on room size and include all utilities.
