This small Victorian home is the perfect setting for four mild to moderate developmentally disabled women who are fully ambulatory, quite social and relatively independent. Three
women are able to be home alone safely. One takes public transportation to and from work. All work either competitively or in a supported Community. Adams House occupies a two-story Victorian wood frame house with a large, fenced-in back yard. Admission to this program is limited to referrals made by the Massachusetts Department of Mental Retardation. A waiting list is maintained by the DMR MetroBoston Area Office.
