Program Details:

245 units are chapter 40B Subsidized, affordable to people with incomes no higher than 80% of median income for the Belchertown area. 3 BR waitlist is technically open, but there is a five year wait. The 2 BR unit list is closed.

Mobility Access:

Pioneer Valley Transit Authority from Belchertown center. Call 431-781-7882 . Also an elder van runs from the elderly housing site to stores, etc all within a three mile distance. Laundromat is within a mile of the buildings.
