Thirty apartment rents are scaled down according to income at 30%. Those not qualifying for the very low income units pay either the basic rent, or pay rent figured on a sliding scale depending on income. Residents paying these higher rents are given priority for subsidized units as their income changes. Mission Towers has a new air-conditioned dining and activity room with a TV, two roof decks each with a greenhouse, a beautician shop, common spaces on each floor, wellness clinic, and laundry. Residents must have documented special needs to qualify for a two bedroom unit. Unlike the other Bethany Communities properties, Mission Towers has some units that are designated for disabled of any age.
