Riverview Meadows Phases I, II, and III

Riverside Meadows I: This Low Income Housing (LIH) project has been in service since 1989 and has a total of 19 low income units, some of which may be furnished. Layout - Each apt has its own entrance and the number of apartments in a building is small. The storage in my apartment isn't huge, but it's ample. Heat is included in the rent. Parking is assigned. Location: Right off of Rt 44 and near the 24 interchange. It's also 10 minutes from the mall. A good school district. The complex is family-friendly - lots of kids, but still quiet. The landscaping is excellent, and any garbage is regularly picked up. The roofs have all been replaced and all new siding is in place on all building. There is no on-site gym, which many complexes have. There is a WOW 10-minutes away.The night lighting is overly bright. It's for security purposes which is good, but it can be a little bit much, depending upon where your apartment sits.

Riverside Meadows III: Located on One Meadow Drive in Raynham, Riverview Meadows is a new 74 unit rental development offering 19 affordable one, two, three and four bedroom apartments for eligible tenants, by lottery. One surface parking spot is available for each one-bedroom unit and two spaces for the two, three and four bedroom units at no charge. Each unit includes a washer and dryer. This is a smoke and pet free development.
