Kimball Court is a 525-unit mixed income (Chapter 40B) development on the Woburn/Burlington line. The project has six seven story buildings in three phases over an eight year period. Permanent financing was provided by the Mass Housing Finance Agency?s tax-exempt bond program. The development includes low and moderate income housing under the State?s 80/20 (LIHTC) and 75/25 programs. The site occupies 60 wooded acres and offers a first rate amenity package. Construction of an additional 256 units and a new clubhouse is scheduled for Fall, 2004. Upon completion, the development will have 781 units and be the seventh largest in the state.
