Program Details: 

The Bradley Properties are red brick with handsome pediments and etched cornices. Built in 1910, the 13 buildings are located along Tremont and Shawmut streets in the South End, a very stylish part of the city which experienced a revival at the end of the last century when many people moved in to take advantage of lower prices and urban lifestyles. They offer project-based Section 8 rents as well as affordable market rents. There are 71 units in all: 11 buildings have 5 units each, 1 building has 12 units, and 1 building has 4 units. Of that total, there are 14 studios, 16 one bedrooms, 31 two bedrooms, 9 three bedrooms, and one four bedroom. In addition, the Bradley Properties have two Community Gardens, with 8 plots in each, 16 total, that are allocated on a first-come basis. There are also two patios near the gardens for residents to enjoy. Each building has a washer and dryer. There is also a Community Room and a kitchen.
