Program Details: 

You must call before visiting the office. 508-477-6202. Hours are 8-2:30 PM M, T, Th, and Friday. CLOSED Wednesdays. Asher’s Path Apartments is located at One Carleton Drive and is a Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program, managed by Mashpee Housing Authority. Located on a beautifully landscaped 6 acres, Asher’s Path is a lovely two-story building with an elevator which has 56 one-bedroom units. One small pet is allowed. Laundry facilities on site. Rent is $875 per month, heat and hot water included. All residents must be 55 years or older and cannot be a full time student.

Mobility Access: 

Breezy Acres is our family development located at 570 Old Barnstable Road in Mashpee (next to the High School). It consists of 6 three-bedroom units, one of which is wheelchair accessible. Residents pay approximately 30% of their income to rent each month, plus utilities. Breezy Acres has on-site mail, garbage disposal, and parking, and each apartment has a laundry room and outside storage shed. Asher's Path is a 1BR 30% AMI property.
