Meeting House Estates is a 55 plus Condominium community located in Scituate, Massachusetts. There are a total of 34 residences within walking distance to the beautiful Scituate Harbor.
Meeting House Estates was originally Meeting House Inn, which the Ward family had owned since 1952. The historic Inn was purchased in September of 1995 with the intent of converting the Inn to a community of condominiums. By September of the following year, 1996, Meeting House Estates welcomed its first residents.
The town of Scituate is located midway between Boston and historic Plymouth, MA. Scituate was incorporated in 1636 and has always maintained an active seaport for both commercial and recreational boats. Scituate contains approximately 21 square miles of waterways, including five beaches, four rivers and a large sheltered harbor.
