Common Ground is a transitional housing program designed to help women with histories of Substance Abuse and/or Mental Health issues to make a successful transition to permanent housing. It is a place for women to share common experiences and draw strength from each other in a supportive environment.
Program participants are expected to meet weekly with the Case Manager, and attend house meetings and workshops. Participants also need to be involved in some type of treatment with regard to personal well-being and growth. Additionally, participants need to have or be willing to secure some source of income.
