Built in 1981 and conveniently located in the heart of Newton Centre, Casselman House offers 43 apartments to low-income elderly and handicapped residents. Casselman House was developed by NCDF through the U.S. Department of Housing and Development?s (HUD) 202 Direct Loan Program. NCDF recently refinanced Casselman House at a significantly lower interest rate through MassHousing.
