This program provides structured, sober housing and services young adults ages 18-24. Clients are in early stages of recovery from drug and alcohol addictions and are homeless. Case managers assist participants in achieving their goals and provide individual and group meetings. Referrals may be made to other support services such as SMOC's Career Center for job placement, college exploration or GED preparation. Counseling and psychiatric services are avilable. The program emphasizes sober living through skill development, access to resources and adherence to a recovery process that improves interpersonal skills, self management and productive community membership. This program provides: various support groups, Relapse prevention support, Recovery skills group, Assistance in accessing medical, psychiatric, and dental care, Career counseling., and GED preparation.
