The Meadows Program is an 8-bed residential program for women leaving the correctional system. Participation in the program lasts six months. The program provides transitional housing, substance abuse treatment and educational and vocational training. Women who have substance abuse problems and who had been incarcerated or had prior incarceration. They have to be referred through the correctional facility. Five of the six graduates moved into SMOC Sober Housing and continue to stay in touch with the program.
