Rent includes heat, hot water, electricity. Rooms are furnished with beds, bureaus, tables, chairs and lamps. Most have small refrigerators. Arrangements can be made for residents to use their own furniture. Rooms can be wired for cable, telephone and internet. All houses have shared kitchens and baths and many have common living rooms.
