The first Elsie Frank House Residence opened its doors in 1992 and was later renamed and dedicated the “Elsie Frank House” in 2011 in honor of one of its founders, Elsie Frank. This charming Victorian congregate living home is located in historic Jamaica Plain, in a quiet residential neighborhood. The Elsie Frank House is home to nine formerly homeless elderly women. Each resident enjoys a single bedroom with shared use of the kitchen, living room, baths, porch, garden and social activities.
