Carleton Court is comprised of three renovated historic brick buildings, located in the historic district, adjacent to downtown Portland, Maine. Occupancy is open to all families. Subsidy is provided through the Project-Based Section 8 Program and rents are based upon 30% of the household adjusted gross income.
