Greentree Apartments is a two story garden style apartment complex. The community comprising 16 buildings is located on a 14 acre campus in Augusta, Maine. Occupancy is open to all families. Subsidy is provided through the Project-Based Section 8 Program and rents are based upon 30% of the household adjusted gross income.
