William Wood Apartments

William Wood Apartments is a wood framed garden style apartment community located in Rockland, Maine, offering one and two bedroom flats and three and four bedroom townhouses units. Occupancy is restricted to elderly and or disabled residents in the flats and open to all families in the townhouse units. Subsidy is provided through the Project-Based Section 8 Program and rents are based upon 30% of the household adjusted gross income.
