43-45 School Street Homeownership

Habitat for Humanity North Central Massachusetts is renovating a duplex at 43-45 School St in Acton, each with 3 bedrooms and 1½ baths, and approximately 1300 square feet. Both units will be owner-occupied condos, priced at $157,000 depending on household income.

A one-car garage will be included with each 3 story unit with a small driveway for additional parking from the River Street side of the home. The property is located between School and River Streets in South Acton on a .1 acre lot. The commuter rail is within walking distance of the homes, and the property is close to routes 27 and 2 with easy access to retail districts.

After attending an information session, complete the application accurately and completely and include photocopies of all necessary documentation along with a check or money order for $15.00 (non-refundable processing fee). Mail or hand-deliver to the HFHNCM office (138 Great Road, Acton, MA 01720) during business hours Monday to Friday.

Your application will be reviewed to ensure it is complete. If information is missing, a letter will be sent to you stating what is missing and advising you to return the missing items to the HFHNCM office as soon as possible. No further action can be taken until the missing pieces are received
