Program Details: 

Sample text: Choose between two distinct styles of apartment finishes, all of which are 100% smoke free! Some units are patios or balconies, private washers and dryers, lofts, walk-in closets, bay windows, cathedral ceilings, and clean steel appliances. Also featured is a salt water swimming pool with sundeck and pool side grilling area plus 24 hour fitness, Wi-Fi cafe, club and game room and a calendar of social events. In the newest apartment homes extras include bamboo wood flooring, granite countertops, double vanity sinks, a private outdoor roof deck with grilling and valet trash service. A commuter rail station is just walking distance away and only two stops to South Station.

Mobility Access: 

Three units fully wheelchair accessible; two additional units have grab bars in bathroom.

Deaf and/or Vision-impaired Access: 

Two units fully modified for persons with hearing impairment; 1. Flashing lights for intercom, doorbell, fire alarm, and smoke/gas detector.
2. Office staff use TTY, relay, or a visual means of communication. These phone numbers/technologies are listed in all contact materials.
3. All public signage and distributed materials is visual or written 3rd grade English or lower and features a "deaf access" logo at the top.
4. All materials indicate at the top/near the beginning that deaf interpreters are available at events and meetings.
5. Closed circuit monitors with Closed Caption, or interpreter inset.
