The development has 96 apartments located in 6 two story buildings. All of the units enjoy a patio or porch. The site has plenty of open space, including a greenhouse conceived by Mr. Maguire to provide recreational and educational opportunities to the residents.
On site there is a nicely furnished community room in the common building. Maguire Housing has a very active tenant population with regular BINGO games, various social events at the community room as well as a shuffleboard court outsid
