Program Details:

Lamplighter Village and Framingham Green are predominately designed for seniors 62+ as well as persons with disabilities who are under age 62.

Laundry facilities, community room, kitchen facilities, and a garden area where residents may plant their own garden. Our Tenant Selection Plan requires that our office thoroughly screen all applicants to determine suitability for residency. This includes a review of the following past behaviors: Ability and willingness to pay the rent; ability and willingness to comply with the lease; ability and willingness to care for or provide for care of the unit; ability and willingness to cooperate with the staff.
