We offer a Fitness Center complete with Fitness on Demand, heated outdoor swimming pool with grilling areas and a pet park, perfect for your furry friends to enjoy! It all blends together seamlessly at Quinn35. Minimum income varies based on if you have a housing voucher or not. The maximum income is $54,950 for a 1 person household; $62,800 for a 2 person household; $70,650 for a 3 person household; $78,500 for a 4 person household and $84,800 for a 5 person household. To start the process you will complete the application and leave a $250 first month's rent deposit. Once you are approved for credit and background screening you will complete the SEB affordable verification process. This can take 2-4 weeks depending on how quickly you can get together and submit the required documentation. If you have a housing voucher we verify they will approve the affordable rent before we have you start the SEB certification process.

Unless used as an assistance animal, restricted dog breeds are NOT allowed. Restricted breeds include the following: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Wolf Hybrid, Pit Bull, Rottweiler,Beauceron, Belgian Malinois and St. Bernard and all "mixes" of the above breeds. Snakes, spiders, ferrets and iguanas are NOT allowed due to liability reasons.
