There are 17 one-bedroom units, 24 two-bedroom units and 7 three-bedroom units, as well as 2,500 square feet of space occupied by the Arlington EATS Market. Sixteen of the apartments serve extremely-low-income (ELI) households earning up to 30% of the area median income (AMI), including five apartments set aside for families coming out of homelessness. Those households will receive subsidies and services from the Somerville Homeless Coalition. The remaining 32 units are affordable to households earning up to 60% of the AMI.
