The 3-bedroom units are approximately 1,450 square feet and contain one full and an additional ½ bath. The units will include a refrigerator, stove, microwave, disposal, dishwasher, and central air conditioning. The senior studio building will be served by a new elevator. Dispersed across the development will be five (5) units with ADA Type 2 accessibility, and one (1) unit that will support a household with Sensory-Impairment needs.
