Faith - based substance abuse treatment transitional program. The Bridge House program has two parts: Both require full time employment and nightly meetings.
First Part- ALPHA (6 months): The Alpha program has three phases: 1) Orientation (1 month) - resident intake evaluation and review of policies; counselor assigned; job search initiated; travel restricted to area; house visits allowed. 2) Assessment (2 months) - full time work; begin family counseling, if applicable; approved day trips and home visits allowed. 3) Recovery (3 months) - continued work and counseling; approved overnight passes allowed. Second Part - OMEGA (3 months): Upon the successful completion of the Alpha program and the development of an approved community living plan, a resident may begin the Omega program, toward graduation. He lives in the community and attends two Bridge House meetings and one counseling session per week. The client assumes control of his finances.
